The home of Innova Wealth Partners is rooted in the rich history of Newtown, Pennsylvania, one of Bucks County’s oldest and most historic communities. Founded in 1684 by William Penn as part of his early planned settlements in Pennsylvania, Newtown was carefully laid out and surveyed by Thomas Holme, forming one of the region’s earliest organized townships.
By the early 18th century, Newtown had grown in importance and served as the county seat of Bucks County from 1726 until 1813. Its central location made it a hub for local government, commerce, and community life during Pennsylvania’s colonial period. The town also played a notable role during the American Revolution, including serving as a route and temporary headquarters area for General George Washington during the campaign leading up to Trenton.
In 1838, Newtown Borough was officially incorporated, separating from the surrounding township while maintaining its historic core. Over time, the community evolved from a rural colonial settlement into a vibrant suburban town while preserving much of its original character, including historic buildings, preserved districts, and tree-lined streets.
Today, Newtown blends centuries of American history with a modern, thriving community. Its preserved architecture, local businesses, and strong sense of identity make it one of Bucks County’s most distinctive towns. Innova Wealth Partners is proud to call Newtown home and to be part of a community defined by tradition, stability, and long-standing heritage.
